Process Development

Bio-G has developed a toolset for Process Development to accurately link chemical and process calculations with operational experience. The toolset ‘bolts on’ to existing process fit models but allows the new process or product performance to be seen in the context of existing plant operations.

Bioproduction Group has also developed a set of pre-configured unit operations to allow fast toolset development. These unit operations are based on best-in-class learning from our experience with some of the world's largest biopharmaceutical manufacturers. Our technology allows a faster technology transfer process for new products, as well as a higher degree of accuracy in establishing run rates and plant fit.

Bioproduction Group's approach has been used to develop process platform models that shorten time to market and accurately predict new product performance.
